Copying adjustments without crop
AnsweredI crop most of my images differently, and when copying adjustments from one photo to another, the crop is also transferred, which seems a little odd. It's only the colour/exposure/contrast etc that should be copied (or synced).

Hi Mick,
like now Luminar 3 does not support this.Would love to see a dialogue for the options which adjustemens to sync like LR has.
And cause it´s not, I use Looks for this, works fine but one have to open each image to set a look to the image. Copying adjustments would be a faster solution.

Hmm, I'd prefer it be the other way (include the crop) "for now", until the dialog can be added. That's how Aperture defaulted it, and it's easy enough to remove the crop if you don't want it after stamping the adjustments -- but I have yet to find a way to copy one from one photo to another.

Please supply a possibility to include cropping in the adjustment synching. Some time you need it sometimes not. Rather obvious.
Trying to open the preferences I get the following informative window:Clicking OK just removes the window. No preferences are displayed. Not helpful.
I am using Luminar 4.3.0.

Hi Håkan. Could you please specify what preferences of Luminar 4 do you need? This is how the Preferences window looks like on the Windows version of Luminar 4.
We will make sure to take your suggestion regarding pasting the crop adjustment into consideration!

Hi Austin,
& thanks for responding.
When I hit the menu item "preferences", I expect a window/dialog appearing, where I would be given the opportunity to set some parameters, which would control the behavior of Luminar 4.
One would be "should cropping be included in the adjustment syncing [yes/no]?".
The single preference item "Skylum can collect data [yes/no]" isn't that valuable for the user.
These little flaws are a bit disturbing for a software, that in general is of great value for many users (I assume). I hope you find time to fix this small issue, although I see you may prioritize bringing out the new "AI" version on the market with new licence fees coming in. Please balance your efforts;-)
