Total disappointment

I installed the new version Skylum Luminar 3 before traveling to Geneva for a photographic exhibition. It took time to get in and when it came, it was disappointing. From what I am reading in the forum, it seems to me that the problem is general.
I have a very good computer. My CC Lightroom also opens in 25s. You intend to resolve this soon enough. If it is not possible I will abandon the Skylum software. Thank you.
