Help - my catalog is now crashing luminar - how can I recover!!!

I'm having regular crashes in luminar. Sometimes it will fail to restart at all. Normally I can recover from this by renaming the catalogue, telling luminar to use the default catalogue and then re-opening the correct catalogue.

Now this is not working. As soon as I try to open my catalogue, luminar quits. How can I recover my catalogue, and all my work. I've edited 100's of files in that catalogue.

  Hmmm

  That's what I thought.

  In the end I recovered from time machine and only lost a couple of edits. Back to the "too easy to lose edits" thread. Software this unstable is not viable. I hope significant improvements are made in this regard in the next update.
