    Hi Tony,

Based on your screenshot, it looks like you're connected to a NAS?

If so, please let us know the following:

    1. Are you connected to your NAS via wireless or Ethernet connection? Does connecting via Ethernet improve the situation?
    2. What is your NAS's file system?
    3. What is the protocol you're using to connect to your NAS?
    4. What is your NAS's make and model?

Thanks in advance for the info! We look forward to hearing from you.

The files are on the local file system, but they are synced to a NAS drive via Synology Drive.

Connection is wired. NAS is synology diskstation.

(I can't see how a separate piece of software syncing the files with a NAS should have anything to do with Luminar being able to see the files as they are stored locally).

After I'd shut down and restarted luminar a couple of times, it then found the files.

    Hi Tony,

Thank you for the info. I'm glad that a restart solved the issue. If it recurs, please let us know and we'll investigate.
