For those of us who can't use the program at all due to the failure of the database to open error, even after taking the steps you have outlined, including contacting support with the particulars they requested, may we have an update on what is happening as it has been a few weeks now. The 3.0.1 updated did not resolve the issue, which your support acknowledged. Is this supposed to be fixed now with the next update. Please respond as this is dragging on.
