Emerald Green Tint to all photos.
AnsweredI have installed Luminar 3 3.0.1 and when I bring an image from the library to be edited, it displays as I would expect and then after several seconds, the image and all the "looks" have a very dark green tint. Whenever I click the before and after "eyeball" the image shows correctly in the before mode, but reverts to the dark green in the "after" mode. If I export the image it has the correct colors. It is maddening and makes the software almost impossible to use. I am running Windows 10 Home (x64) Version 1809 (build 17763.195), on a Dell XPS 8700 with 16GB RAM and an NVIDIA GeForce GTX 750 Ti [Display adapter]
I can successfully run Light-room, Photo-Shop and a number of photo editing programs.
My original Library had over 60,000 images. Thinking that might be too large I am now running a much smaller Library (2,207 images) Most of my images are RAW (Canon 6D CR2 and Fujitsu HS50EXR RAF) I think that once I get this problem solved I'm really going to like Luminar 6, but in the mean time, it's maddening.
Has anyone in this group experienced this problem? and if you did, how did you solve it?

Hi Keith. A german user in a FB group here has reported similar issues with raws frm Canon. Suggest to use Adobe's DNG tool (free) (Adobe DNG Converter) to convert your raws to dng format and go from there, until Skylum has solved your problem. And over here many people are similarly annoyed about Skylum's behaviour and release (sale) of program that is almost unuseable in some cases (with my Mac there is hardly no problem, it seems the Windows version is quite bad though, Not sure what they have done during beta test.

Hey there,
Please, note, that currently, this camera is yet to be supported by Luminar.
However, we're constantly working on expanding the supported camera list. Thus, it's just a matter of time until the app is able to read the files produced by your camera properly.
For now, we recommend you to install Adobe DNG Converter and convert your RAW files to DNG file format (which is supported by Luminar).
Please use one of the links below to download Adobe DNG Converter:
For Mac OS:
