    Hi Martial,

    From the email I see in our system, we have already replied to you. if you contacted us from another email, please, be sure we will still reply to you soon. Our Support Team average response time is 24 hours, but after Luminar 3 release we are receiving lots of emails, so sometimes it takes us a bit longer to reply.
