I just installed the new Luminar 3 update (released this morning or during the night on 12/29/18) in hopes that it would fix the Database opening failure message I get when trying to open Luminar 3. I first totally deleted the old Luminar 3 program files and the .exe file and did a clean install. The first time it came up and asked where the pictures file would be. I let it default, hoping it would work. However, it didn't. I came up with the Database opening failure message that was there from the old install. So, I deleted it all again and reinstalled. The second time it didn't even get to the screen where you can select the location of the Pictures folder before the message came up.
So, I uninstalled again, moved all my old pictures out of Pictures, created a new, empty Pictures folder, then reinstalled the new update. Still same problem. HELP!!!!
