    Hi Jonathan,

You mentioned that you are using RAF files - have you checked to make sure your camera model is supported? You can find the list of supported cameras here: https://media.macphun.com/uploads/uploads/Supported_cameras_Luminar_2018_130.pdf

You can find the reset option in the filter drop down menu:

The ability to add a virtual copy of an image will be added in a future update. Please keep an eye on the Roadmap for upcoming features and functionality: https://skylum.com/luminar/roadmap

In the meantime, you can right-click on an image to show it in Finder or Explorer, and then duplicate it directly in your folder structure. The new copy will appear in Luminar (you may need to restart Luminar).

    Yes my Camera is supportet.

Why did you kill the reset button on the bottom of the Filter its so much easier to use

Whats about the Performance. It is so bad. I paid 70€ and it is not working. The libraries shuet come in Summer last year. And now they are there a half year later and nearly unusable.

Hope there is coming a update soon that fix that problems.

We're aware of the performance issues, and we're truly sorry if you encountered them. We will release an update meant to target these issues at the end of January - beginning of February.
