Where to start:
Got my New Mac 27” desktop Tuesday 12/18/18, was anxious for the long awaited version of L18 to L3 with libraries.
Asked in the Skylum forum how to move my Software Programs (Aurora, L18, Macphun) to new computer.
Matt Suess shared that Mac has a “Migration Assistance app” which took me 2 tries and a day & half to move everything.
Now all is moved & I can see all my programs & software on my new Mac.
Problem is in my haste to try the new L3 I apparently reordered L18 from an old email and was charged $69.99 for L18 that I have already purchased and is my go to app. Seeing my bank account charged I immediately reached out to Skylum support Software to be reimbursed. I have only loaded this app L18 to my Old Mac One time out of my 5 per your standards.
I was contacted by: Olha asking me to prove I already purchased L18? You would think by looking into my EMAIL you would see all my purchases for your software! Did not appreciate the sarcasm or lack of inquiry to what happened & still NO response back to getting REIMBURSED my $69.99 into my bank account. Still today 3 days later NO RESPONSE from SUPPORT!
If you check my EMAIL account I have been with you since the beginning with Macphun and have purchased Everything except the new Aurora19. A very loyal customer to all your fantastic software! So why the delay to refund my money?
I’m a 66 year old life long photographer not a techie computer guru by any means, 2 tries & 2 days just to migrate my files.
In my retirement I still enjoy taking outdoor photos as much as I do perfecting my editing skills.
Very Disturbing and insufficient Customer Service!
