    Hi David, 

    Please accept my apologies for the long wait.

    We do our best to respond to every email within 24 hours, but in high traffic times, it can take longer. 

    I have found your request concerning the reimbursement. 

    We can see from our system that there is only one purchase of Luminar 2018 registered under your email. 

    It was made on 01.11.2017. That was the reason why my colleague has asked you for the details of your purchase. 

    We will be able to issue the refund for your duplicate order if we can find this particular duplicate order. 

    Perhaps you could make a typo in your email while purchasing Luminar 2018 once again or you could use another email.

    We'll need something to locate your order: the email that you used to purchase, an order number (it should look something like MACXXXXXX-XXXX-XXXXX, where X is a digit), a PayPal transaction ID, or the last 4 digits of the credit card that you used.
