No support - request refund

for three days I wrote via email to the skylum support for my problem, that I can't install luminar 3. I get only an connection error - try again. Of course this error is every day, every hour the same.
I just worte to the support about an refund. Let's see if I get an answer for this request. If not I will open a PayPal chase! I bought my Luminar 2018 last month and at this time they claimed a 45 day money back warranty.
I'm out of this project.
