Luminar Looks and editing
At first the editing with Luminar 3 the Luminar Looks worked amazingly well......now when I click on the edit tab I just get the histogram and literally nothing else.....and there are no windows open below the photo for using the Looks feature

Similar problem here. I was editing a photo. Luminar 3 hung for a bit. When it came back, the edits (filters) are gone and no filters can be added. Restarting L3 and returning to that photo, the Looks thumbnails aren't right--either blank or (after clicking another photo) showing the previously selected photo.

Please send a screenshot of what you see when you open a photo for editing via the support form here: http://skylum.com/support
- does this happen to all photos you open for editing or only to those that you've previously edited?
- what is the format of the photos that you're having this issue with?
- do looks previews load if you change the look category?
Also, please link to this thread in your email. Our response time may be longer due to the amount of incoming mail we've received but we'll get back to you as soon as possible.

1. Looks not appearing happens w/ only previously edited photos. If another photo is selected, the Looks thumbnails appear. Subsequently selecting the previously edited photo keeps showing the thumbnail of the other photo.
2. CR2
3. No.
Attempting to edit previously edited photos is broken in other ways. The previous filters do not appear, and the filters function is nonfunctional. Behavior has worsened with the new update. Now the photo won't render in the main pane.

Similar problem - I can load an image (NRW or JPG) and even with a small set of cataloged items (it was too tedious when it could see all my archive) and loading from there or from a quick edit Luminar 3 will not offer any filters or looks. Have added some new mplumpacks and they don't show either but are installed in the folder where they should be (roaming). No problems with Luminar 2018 (but it won't happily load an NRW - doesn't stop processing - spinner keeps going)
Thanks

Hi Neil,
With regard to your mplumpacks - please install them by going to File > Add Luminar Looks Collection.
If you're still not able to access the Looks please contact us at www.skylum.com/support and we'll investigate the issue.
