Combining presets
I have been creating presets for Luminar which contain my most used features. I created 3 of them, one enhancement (the AI Stuff), the second Basic (light and color) functionality and the third Details (sharpening and the like). All of this works well, but I can not apply one preset to a photo, make adjustments and then apply a second preset to that photo since the second preset will replace all of the work I have done so far.
I know I can combine the presets into a single preset, but I wanted to know if there was some way to create a set of adjustments like one of my presets which I could then just add to the existing adjustments while processing a photo. To be clearer, what I want to do is load an image, apply an adjustment set, adjust those values for the photo, add a second adjustment set to the existing first adjustment set.
The idea is to speed up the process of always selecting from the same basic set of adjustments when processing an image. As it is by default I have to add each and every "filter" and what I want to do is make combinations of the "filters" into multiple "filter sets", which can then be added as I need.
Is there any way to do something like that?

Combining multiple presets is not possible but you can create stamped layers out of the layers to which you apply presets. The workflow would be as follows:
- open an image
- apply a preset
- click the + icon to create new layer > create stamped layer
- a new layer with edits will be created
- apply the second preset to the new layer
- repeat if needed
