I wonder if it's at all possible for you and you staff to simply stop obfuscating and simply provide clear, direct and complete answers to the questions you loyal Luminar customers are asking? Next to Donald Trump you may be the best spinner of facts I've ever seen.
The constant response to questions about "when" the DAM will be released is simply tarnishing your brand and creating customer resentment. The responses offered by your customer service people to questions about the DAM is meaningless; borders on being awful and not "awesome."
About 4 or 5months ago I responded with a question of my own. The answer was completely useless. I predicted then that current Luminar customers would take you to task and they have. Since then, nothing has happened to answer the questions about when the DAM will be released. Nothing.
So here's a question for you to answer: what the hell is "Libraries?" Your emails about this wondrous product tell me how great it is... but says little about it's purpose, why it's important to photographers and how it works?
Stop with the spin. In the American market there's little room for it. Talk and write truth.
