Hi Evan, you can see the full list of supported cameras here: https://media.macphun.com/uploads/uploads/Supported_cameras_AuroraHDR_2019.pdf?_ga=2.152506681.147476010.1539332395-1810482543.1532435363

I'm afraid DJI Mavic 2 Pro drone is currently not supported, that's why you might be having this problem.

This is the profile baked into the DNG - all you need to do is apply. It has nothing to with whether you support the camera or not. It's part of the DNG specification. Here is screen shot from lightroom that explains it.

The presence of lens correction doesn't automatically mean support for lens profiles - they are not yet available in Aurora.

That’s right and that’s what you need to fix - it’s part of the dng specification. The point is that you don’t need to create you own profile for DJI lenses because DJI (and other manufacturers) provide them for you in the dng. Adobe don’t have a profile for that lens either, they’ve just applied the built in one. Hope that’s clear now.
