    Hi Bryan,

To take photos from Lightroom to Aurora HDR 2019 select the images you'd like to merge in Lightroom and then right-click and mouse over Export > Open Source Files under the Aurora HDR 2019 section.

If you are already following this procedure then please try reinstalling the Aurora plugin for LR.

    1. Close Lightroom
    2. Open Aurora HDR 2019 as a standalone
    3. Go to File > Install Plugins
    4. Click on the button to uninstall the Lightroom plugin, and then click it again to reinstall.
    5. Close Aurora and then Launch Lightroom and export using the instructions above.

Please let me know how it goes.

LOL Hey Bryan! :) I was wondering if that was you, but all I can see is your name - I don't have access to any other info so I wasn't sure.

If you have any other Skylum questions let me know! You've got an inside connection :-D

    Dear Angela,

    I have the same problem.

I followed your instructions to Bryan but ended up with the same behavior - it didn't work.

    What am I to do?

    Thanks,

    Alon

@Alon, please try to reinstall Aurora HDR 2019 on your machine, this might help. If it doesn't, you might need to contact our tech support at support@skylum.com
