For now, Aurora HDR 2019 is available for users who are currently located in Australia, Austria or Canada. Looks like you're currently not in the region Aurora is authorized to install in. If you're running a VPN, disable it and reinstall the app, otherwise, please wait for the official release. Sorry for the inconvenience.

Hi -  thanks for the prompt reply. I am in Australia and I'm not running a VPN so not sure why my location is not being recognised.

    Hi Greg,

Thank you for confirming your location and that you aren't running a VPN. We'll get this sorted out for you, but need a bit more information. Please send your PC info to support@skylum.com and reference this thread in your email.

    • Press the Windows logo key + R.
    • Type msinfo32 in the dialog box that opens and hit Enter on your keyboard.
    • In the window that opens, make sure you have System Summary highlighted on the left.
    • Click File > Export.
    • Type the name of the file and save it somewhere where you can easily find it

    Thanks in advance!
