I tried merging three images, with moving clouds, in Aurora HDR 2018. Even at maximum Ghost Reduction, and with Alignment checked, the result was unusable. Many of the clouds had triple edges, and clouds that were just thin streaks showed as three streaks. At first, I suspected there was just too much movement in the clouds to overcome, but then decided to try Lightroom. The resulting HDR image was perfect. Obviously, the issue is with Aurora.
My question is has there been any improvement in the alignment/ghosting reduction in 2019? It's just a few days before its release, but I'd love to know before then.
