I came to the forum looking for precisely this, i.e. Skylum on Linux via Steam+Proton. That's been the most reliable way for me to buy software that's not Linux native because I wouldn't even consider using Windows nor MacOS for my workstation.

    Hi Kenneth,

I'm afraid, we do not plan on creating a version for Linux in the nearest future.

Luminar 4 is working with wine. You need Luminar4Setup_offline.msi to install.

Wine in my case is running with 7.0 staging branch. The only problem i'm running into each start of Luminar 4 is to activate it again. Luminar doesn't save its registration right.

    Hi Lars,
Could you please try the following solution:
    • Press the Windows logo key + R.
    • Type cmd in the dialog box that opens and hit Enter on your keyboard.
    • In the window that opens paste C:\Windows\System32\wbem\WMIC.exe path Win32_Processor get ProcessorId (https://prnt.sc/rno01s) and hit Enter on your keyboard.
If there is no error in the window, then try the following:

If the issue persists, please reach out to us via https://skylum.com/support for further investigation.

    Thanks in advance!
