    Hi Jan, 

    That's an extraordinary behavior.

    Please try to make a full reinstall of Luminar. Follow the steps below:

    Download AppCleaner from here:

    http://www.freemacsoft.net/appcleaner

    AppCleaner is a free app that automatically removes not only the applications themselves but also the related files, making 'clean' uninstall easy.

    When removing Luminar 2018, mark all the files and folders in the list

    Once you're done uninstalling the app, restart your Mac and download a fresh version from here:

    https://luminar2018.s3-accelerate.amazonaws.com/Luminar_2018.dmg

    Did all that to no avail. Window of images after opening do not appear. They are there when looking at "all program windows".

    Please send us your Mac info. Click on Apple Logo in the top left corner of your screen, select About This Mac > make a screenshot (Command+Shift+3) and send it to us.

    Also, we would highly appreciate if you can send at least one of your original files so that we can test it on our side. You can upload the file to www.WeTransfer.com & send us a shared download link.

    Please also make sure to specify exact steps you're using to open images in Luminar.

    How many ways are there to open an image in Luminar besides "open"?

    I now reinstalled the previous version wich works ok.

    Hi Jan,

    Thanks for the info. I'm glad the previous version is working for you for now. I'll pass your Mac info to our team and see if we can figure out the issue.

    As for ways to open Luminar - you can drag an image file onto the application icon, you can use the File menu > Open, you can also use the Open dropdown at the top of the user interface (below the system menus - File, Edit, etc.).

    Please let us know which method you're using so we can narrow down what might be causing this problem. Thanks in advance!

    I did all opening methods, contextual menu included. Program interface is still not showing, except for top menu bar.

    Hi Jan,

    Thanks for the additional info.

    Our developers are currently investigating. The best workaround for now, which you've already done is to install the previous version.
