Luminar 2018 Crashes permanently
Hello,
the current Luminar 2018 release (1.3.0) on my Mac Pro 2015 (High Sierra 10.13.6) crashes about 10 times a day, especially when I use different layers and masking them. The whole project is gone then and this becomes more and more frustrating.
Furthermore, the file organisation is still not available (announced this year) and it would be nice to have it available soon. This just kills for me every joy of working in Luminar. Lightroom much more better regarding this. I hope it will not be released in December this year ;-)
Regards, Denis

Hi Thomas,
I'm sorry to hear you're having trouble with Luminar crashing! We'd be happy to look into the problem(s), but need some additional information from you. Please send the following to support@skylum.com:
First - Please send us a screenshot of your Mac info. Click on Apple Logo in the top left corner of your screen, select About This Mac > make a screenshot (Command+Shift+3) and send it to us.
Second - Can you provide us with a detailed description of the process that leads to the crash? A numbered list of steps would be the most convenient. For example:
1. Launch Luminar.
2. Load the file named X with an extension Y.
3. Apply Z filter.
4. Set S slider to U value.
5. etc. etc.
Finally - please provide us with a crash report:
1. Open the Finder
2. Go to the Menu Bar and open the "Go" menu.
3. Select the entry: "Go to Folder..."
4. Enter the following path: ~/Library/Logs/DiagnosticReports
5. Find the most recent files whose names start with "Luminar" and drag them into an e-mail.
As for the DAM - we apologize that it has taken longer than expected to release. We have delayed the launch because we'd rather make sure it is solid, rather than release it sooner with issues. We plan to share some detailed information about what is coming by the end of the month. Please stay tuned!
