Which filters NOT to use for a .tiff edit in Luminar?

I love some of the Luminar Filters (EG structure, microstructure, detail enhancer, foliace enhancer and the denoise-sharpening tool). At the same time I love how my picture are organized in lightroom (also, i am a Fuji user and the lens correction embed in the raf is applied by Lr, but not by luminar) and i love the tone+tone curve panel of lr. My perfect workflow would be to develop tones and colors of every photo with lightroom and then switch to luminar to add some filters and to use the denoise + sharpen in luminar for the photos I intend to print.
What filters are not intended to be used efficiently on a .tiff file? Someone said it is not correct to denoise/sharpen a .tiff, someone said it is correct and i cannot find any suggestion regarding the other filters.
