After the update, Luminar does not start anymore.

Let's see if fully reinstalling the app fixes this.
Uninstall Luminar.

Clear your registry:
- Visit https://www.ccleaner.com/ccleaner/download?pc
- Scroll down to the bottom of the table and click Download from CCleaner.com in the first column.
- Once the download has finished, launch the file and install CCleaner on your computer.
- Launch CCleaner.
- Click Registry on the left.
- Click Scan for Issues in the lower left. Wait for the scan to finish.
- After the scan has finished, click Fix Selected Issues in the lower right.
- Close CCleaner.
Reboot your PC.
Download the latest version of Luminar from here:
https://luminar2018.s3-accelerate.amazonaws.com/Luminar_2018_Setup.exe
Once the installer has finished downloading, locate it in your Downloads folder (or wherever you chose to save it), right-click the file, and click Run As Administrator. A prompt might appear asking you whether you wish to confirm your action, click Yes and wait for the installer to load. Then, follow the instructions on screen.

I had the same problem. Uninstalling and reinstall as above worked for me. I even skipped the registry cleaning.
By the way, my AV software (ESET Security) blocked the download address because it was "potentially dangerous". I had to set up an exception rule. Perhaps ESET doesn't like the domain amazonaws, I vaguely remember this has happened to me with previous updates to Luminar and Aurora

I have the same problem. I deinstalled Luminar, cleaned registry with ccleaner, rebooted my pc, downloaded Luminar from the link above, but Luminar 1.3 does not start. So I can use ver. 1.2. this version works, but always if I finish the session, I get a message "Luminar 2018 does not work. Close the programm". With ver. 1.1 I didn't have any problem.

Hello,
We have LUMINAR 2018 ver.1.3.0(2210) installed on 2 pc's (WIN 10 PRO 64b).
When we install the new LUMINAR update ver.1.3.0(2214).
Both PCs stoped indefinitely on the uptade process.(see photo).
On the first PC. We close update the process and the Luminar has disappeared .
The second PC, if we do not close the update window, Luminar continues to working on the previous version. -
Many thanks, Denis.
But I do not like to reinstall in order to lose an instalation.(It will be the last solution).
Finally, the second PC, after rebooting several times. It appears the new version ver.1.30.(2214) an it runs ok.
And the first one I worked hard on it and finaly rans ok.

- In the window that opens, make sure you have System Summary highlighted on the left.
- Click File > Export.
- Type the name of the file and save it somewhere where you can easily find it
Thanks in advance!
