How to get customer support to answer a request for a refund on Luminar on the same day I purchased it.

    We usually reply to all emails within 24 hours, so if you've requested a refund on the 3rd, it's possible that we'll get to your email tomorrow.

    I found your ticket by searching by your name. We've received your refund request from jerry***6@gmail.com 3 hours ago. I couldn't locate any other emails from you, so I assume this was the first one. I've issued a full refund for your purchase. It will take up to 14 business days for our billing partner to process it.
