crash when saving a file
Whenever I try to save an edited file Luminar crashes. I get the Mac color wheel "of death". I have to force quit to stop it.
I've tried to reinstall two time. There is no difference

Hi Efrom,
I'm sorry to hear that you're having this frustrating experience. In order to better understand the issue we need some more information from you:
First, can you provide us with a detailed description of the process that leads to the "wheel of death"?
A numbered list of steps would be the most convenient. For example:
1. Launch Luminar.
2. Load the file named X with an extension Y.
3. Apply Z filter.
4. Set S slider to U value.
5. etc. etc.
The more detailed the description is the quicker we'll be able to figure out what might be causing the issue.
Second, if possible, it'd help if you could send us one of the files you are having this issue with. If the file is too large to upload you can use wetransfer.com and send us a shared for everyone link to support@skylum.com
Finally, please send us your Mac info. Click on Apple Logo in the top left corner of your screen, select About This Mac > make a screenshot (Command+Shift+3) and send it to us.
Please send all of the info about to support@skylum.com and we'll look into it.
Thanks in advance!
