Free trial worked fine but purchased install does not. There are not presets, workspace, or anything.

I enjoyed the free trial for a few days and decided to purchase.  The purchased install does not work as there are not presets, workspace, or anything.  You can open and image, but that is all.

  Could you please post a screenshot of what you're seeing when you open an image in the purchased version?
