Luminar AI from Win PC to Mac -SOLVED-

Hi,

I used Luminar AI on a Win PC. Now I have new MacBook and want to activate AI on the Mac. In my Skylum Account there is no link to reset all licenses. It is available for Luminar 4 and 3 but at AI I get the message 1 of activations left. Can I reset the Luminar AI license an activate it on a Mac?

  Hi Member,

  You can reset your activation counter by clicking Activations > Reset all activations.
  As far as I can see, your activation counter shows zero activations used, this is why the option to reset activations is unavailable. 
  You should be able to activate Luminar AI on Mac now. If you encounter any issues, please let us know.

  Hi,

  thank you for your quick answer.

  I think, I'm a little bit blind, but when I'm starting Luminar AI, I get a window with the following options: Test Luminar, rent for 9,99 EUR a month and buy for 99 EUR. I can't find a login.

  It looks like you've downloaded the AppStore version of Luminar AI.
  Please, uninstall it and download the app from your Skylum account.
