    Mine doesn't either.  I had high hopes.  But it just sits there in eternal wait mode, then shuts down every time.  The one time I had it up, half way though edits, it just disappeared.  So frustraiting.

    Did I say I was having issues? No, I did not. I'm one of the lucky ones. The program works well for me. Your company as a whole is what I take issue with. People have been having issues with Luminar 4 since day one and now it's with AI. Your company doesn't do anything to improve its product after it releases.
