What's Wrong with Luminar AI Updates ?
AnsweredWhen Luminar AI 1.2 was released I had a lot of problems, support gave me a fix.
Then version 1.3 arrived. Same problem, unable to launch the software. Even if the support answers us, we waste time. Why so many problems with updates.
You don't test them? I am very disappointed with your software because we are wasting time fixing problems. I went back to version 1.2 and will not install 1.3 until the developers do a decent job.

We are sorry to hear about the caused inconvenience.
We test each and every update but it's quite hard to predict how the app will behave on different devices. Especially on Windows devices, since each Windows computer has different components and one of them can cause a crash, hang, or other issues.
Would you be so kind as to send the crash logs to our support team?:
- Reproduce the issue.
- Press the Windows logo key + R.
- Type eventvwr in the dialog box that opens and hit Enter on your keyboard.
- In the window that opens click the triangle next to Windows Logs on the left. A directory tree should open.
- Click Application in the directory tree.
- In the main part of the window find the two topmost entries marked with Error named Application Error and .NET Runtime.
- Hold CTRL and click your left mouse button on each entry to select them both.
- Right-click on any of the two selected entries and click Save Selected Events.
- Name the file, save it, and attach it to your reply to support@skylum.com.
