AnsweredHow do get a refund? I'm a new customer and I've been trying to get a response from Customer Support for 6 hours now and have heard absolutely nothing. All I want is my money back. Is there any legitimate email address or phone # to call to get this done?

I recently bought a black Friday bundle. When looking at the community forum I sense disarray within the luminar product line. Do is use Luminar 3 or 4, do either migrate to Neo. Is ai the place to work and then migrate to Neo? None of that is clear and I do not want to spend money on chaos.
If the answer is Luminar 3 => Luminar 4 => Neo and I have to buy a Luminar 4 license. Then it is feeling a lot like Lightroom licensing was.
I would like to get a refund and give time for this to settle out.
