    Our team is aware of the main issues that Luminar AI currently has and we are working on fixing them. Although you don't want to hear this, some of the issues can be related to the hardware. But if you don't want to investigate anything with our support team - it is your decision and we respect it. We expect many of the known issues to get a fix in the next free update for Luminar AI, so please stay tuned.

    I can also absolutely understand your frustration - this is not the kind of experience we wish our customers to have with our software. Therefore, if you'd like to have a full refund for the app, we can assist you with that.     totally stopped using Luminar AI....slow to load,frequently crashes an or freezes....and when you try to export image the "wheel" keeps spinning....back to using Luminar 4,and won't use Luminar AI until all the issues are worked out...at least in the windows version.I have no problems using any of my other windows loaded programs,just Luminar AI

    two requests for help from "support",and still no help....thankfully I have Luminar 4,which works great....Luminar AI is totally unusable on my win 10 pc

    Karl Buckholtz Thats sad to hear, was really excited to use this product after MKBHD promoted it. I was only able to use it once for 10 minutes until it started to bug out to the point where it is unusable.
