Joining those expressing frustration. Buggy and completely unusable at the moment.
AnsweredThis program has so many issues! Please fix them. I'm sure the developers know what they are by now. I do not want to "reach out" to customer service. I would like an update that works as would everyone else who has complained about these issues. This program is slow and buggy and crashes constantly. I have uninstalled and reinstalled numerous times and now it wont even allow me to do one thing before it shuts down. I have an new, perfectly capable, computer and I don't want to hear that it is my computer that is the problem. IT IS THE SOFTWARE.
I am generally a patient person but I have been waiting for months for the developers to give some sort of indication that they are aware that this program needs work. I really would like my money back but I'm sure that this is not possible. Also, I do really like the program. I just want it to work!

Our team is aware of the main issues that Luminar AI currently has and we are working on fixing them. Although you don't want to hear this, some of the issues can be related to the hardware. But if you don't want to investigate anything with our support team - it is your decision and we respect it. We expect many of the known issues to get a fix in the next free update for Luminar AI, so please stay tuned.

totally stopped using Luminar AI....slow to load,frequently crashes an or freezes....and when you try to export image the "wheel" keeps spinning....back to using Luminar 4,and won't use Luminar AI until all the issues are worked out...at least in the windows version.I have no problems using any of my other windows loaded programs,just Luminar AI

Karl Buckholtz Thats sad to hear, was really excited to use this product after MKBHD promoted it. I was only able to use it once for 10 minutes until it started to bug out to the point where it is unusable.
