Big Sur? Imported photos showing in "All Photos" but not in correct folders.

I know they are being imported because they are showing in the "all photos" section. However, no matter what I do they will not show up in the folder that I have imported them into. The folder shows 0 pictures. This started happening after the Big Sur update. How do I fix this?

  Please try creating a new catalog via File > Catalog > New... and see if everything works correctly there.
