Luminar AI does omit EXIF in Batch export for some images

I've a strange problem with Luminar AI (1.2). When I export a batch of photos some of them will miss EXIF data (similar to this thread https://community.skylum.com/hc/en-us/community/posts/360008077040-All-EXIF-data-is-removed-when-exporting-jpgs-in-Luminar-4-2). I'm running on Mac M1 chip.

This also happens when exporting an single image and if the export dialog is gone a new image is exported immediately afterwards.the EXIF data will be lost sometime.

The only time I can for sure export correctly is when I export a single image and wait in the finder until it appears there. This takes up to 2-3 seconds after the dialog from Luminar is closed. Maybe there is an asynchronous timing issue in the export function?
