Windows Lum AI uses almost none of the GPU, unlike most other image programs: why???

Luminar AI has some wonderful improvements; for example, better sky replacement. BUT without GPU utilization the processing is sooo slow compared to other image programs that do use the GPU fully. Luminar seems to use about 1 % or less of the GPU. For hundreds of images, this is HOURS of wait time.   Topaz Gigapixel, DeNoise and Sharpening programs work so well and they typically max the GPU. Why doesn't Luminar use much more of the GPU???
