    Hi,

Unfortunately I don't have an ETA for CR3 support in Aurora HDR. For now, we recommend you install Adobe DNG Converter and convert your RAW files to DNG file format (which is supported by Aurora HDR).

Please use one of the links below to download Adobe DNG Converter:

    For Mac OS:
    http://www.adobe.com/go/dng_converter_mac/

    For Windows:
    http://www.adobe.com/go/dng_converter_win/

Let us know if there is anything else we can help you with.

TBH, the CR3 format is out now for several years.

So either communicate a clear roadmap for Aurora HDR or be so honest and put a clear statement on the productpage that CR3 is not supported.

    Currently Skylum is not recommendable.

There should be no reason this program is not updated to the latest formats, they say no eta... Um program is 3 yrs old and hasn't been updated accordingly... Slows overall workflow...
