    Hi, 

    Please note that Luminar should not affect other software you have on your computer. The issue with Photoshop and Lightroom is most likely to be unrelated to Luminar.

    But could you please let me know if you have used Luminar as a plugin for Lightroom/Photoshop or as a standalone program before the crash occurs?

    Eu apaguei o luminar Ai e voltou a funcionar o PS e o LR, possivelmente estava a ocupar a memória. Neste momento reinstalei o Luminar Ai, só que agora abre normalmente, mas quando faço uma edição não aplica na imagem, permanece igual, o Luminar também voltou a funcionar. Apenas o luminar Ai não funciona e desliga sozinho. É estranho. Antes não acontecia

    Comprei o Luminar Ai um dia atrás, e na segunda edição ele já fechou e não abre mais. O que vocês fizeram?

    Hi Member,

    Sorry to hear about the issue you encountered!

    Could you please send us event logs?

    1. Reproduce the issue (try to start Luminar). 
    2. Press the Windows logo key + R.
    3. Type eventvwr in the dialog box that opens and hit Enter on your keyboard.
    4. In the window that opens click the triangle next to Windows Logs on the left. A directory tree should open.
    5. Click Application in the directory tree. 
    6. In the main part of the window find the two topmost entries marked with Error named Application Error and .NET Runtime.
    7. Hold CTRL and click your left mouse button on each entry to select them both.
    8. Right-click on any of the two selected entries and click Save Selected Events.
    9. Name the file, save it, and attach it to your inquiry via https://skylum.com/support.
