Why do you not acknowledge immediately the receipt of emails sent to your sight as most all other organizations do. That way it remove all of the confusion that they were received.
I just sent a request for refund and I would like to know that it was received, not that it was acted on but received. I see to many post in the forum that you state the emails weren't received and you request the persons email address. If all you would "Acknowledge Received" that problem goes away.
