I just downloaded the Luminar AI update and have been trying out the new sky reflection feature. I purposely selected an image to start with that shouldn't make it difficult for Luminar to determine how to place the reflection. But the reflection doesn't seem to match the sky I selected.
Here's the original image:
Here are a couple of sky replaced examples:
In both cases, it seems to be a different sky, not just misplaced or one that can otherwise be adjusted to match.
Matt Seuss on Youtube has also posted some problems that he's seeing in the new sky reflection feature. Other than the mismatched reflections I'm experiencing, I think the simplest solution for Skylum to fix the problems Matt noted might be to simply let users place and adjust the reflection image separately from the sky image, rather than trying to get the software to manipulate both images with the same action.
