Can't find Luminar AI in "My Software" and the proof of purchase
AnsweredHi, I have the same problem. I bought Luminar AI at (https://skylum.com/checkout/luminar-ai/au) but can’t find this app in my account. (not showing in “My Software” tab) I downloaded it thorough the link provided in the email, but I am running in 7 days trial even though I logged in with google account. Besides, I can’t find the proof of purchase after the transaction completed. Can you fix this issue as soon as possible? Thank you so much.

There was a typo in the email with which you purchased Luminar AI. I've fixed it, so everything should be in order now, and you can see the app in your Skylum account:
