Can't find Luminar AI in "My Software" and the proof of purchase

    I haven't been able to locate a purchase associated with this email address.

    I have proof of purchase but still can't get my program. Under my software there a 1 in a red circle but that's it. All I have. I got a message my token wasn't valid. Now I'm stuck with not being able to do anything.

    There was a typo in the email with which you purchased Luminar AI. I've fixed it, so everything should be in order now, and you can see the app in your Skylum account:

    I also resent the confirmation email to your correct email address.
