"Something bad happened while processing an image" crash
AnsweredI'm getting the "something bad happened when processing an image" error message in Luminar AI. No images can be opened even after I close LAI and start it again. There are only black blank image holder boxes. This seems to be happening mainly after I erase part of a mask. After I edit an image or images, then exit the program, the next time I start up LAI I get that error message and blank boxes where images should be.
The only way I've been able to get it to work again after this happens is to go into the catalog folder, delete the current catalog, copy the most recent backup catalog into the main catalog folder, rename it Luminar AI Catalog.luminarai, then go into Programs & Features, select LuminarAI, click Uninstall, and then choose Repair. It will then work again and I can edit images but all of my most recent edits are lost.
The latest version of Luminar 4 seems to now be stable (no more splash screen freezes). So I'll plan on using that version until the programmers get the AI version fixed.
