I paid for this software in September 2020.  It was unusable until update 1.01.  Now I can open an image.  My problem is that I do not like the way the program works.  I see no noticeable improvements.  In my opinion it is not as good as Luminar4   I am trying to be patient, but I need to move on with my photography.  Life is too short for this.  I will wait a while longer to see if things improve.  Communicating with you is frustrating and very unproductive.  I guess you have an AI communication system.  I am not against AI, but it needs to work better than what I have experienced with Skylum.
