    Hi Dominik,

The EXIF data should be preserved during export. Let's check why this is not the case for you.

Please get in touch with our team at https://skylum.com/support and provide the following info:

    - Are you using the software in the standalone mode or as a plugin?

    - A full path to the original photo

    - A full path to the export directory
How to copy file paths: https://www.thewindowsclub.com/path-copy-copy-lets-you-copy-file-paths

    - The original + the exported photo (where the metadata is missing):

    1. Visit https://wetransfer.com/
    2. If it's your first time visiting this website, it might ask you to purchase a subscription. Simply select to proceed with the free version.
    3. Click Add your files.
    4. Select the file(s) on your computer.
    5. After you see all the files you need to send appear in the list, click the icon to the left of the Transfer button (the icon looks like a circle with three dots in it).
    6. In Send As select Link.
    7. Click Transfer.
    8. After the files have finished uploading, click Copy Link and paste it into your support request at https://skylum.com/support

    - Your Username:

    1. press and hold the Windows key and press the letter on your keyboard.
    2. The Run dialog box is displayed.
    3. In the box, type cmd and press Enter. The command prompt window will appear.
    4. Type whoami and press Enter.
    5. Your current username will be displayed. Take a screenshot and upload it via WeTransfer following the steps above.

Looking forward to hearing from you.

    Hello,

Unfortunately I have reinstalled the program, since then the problem does not happen anymore.

However, I found out before that the problem always happened only on the first export of the image.
If I saved the image again, all the data was there.

    Thanks!

    Hello Dominik.

That is strange. Would you be so kind as to notify us if the issue happens once again?
