    Please, perform the following:

    Ensure that you have all the components that are essential for the operation of our software:

    In case the steps above didn't help, please, reach us via https://skylum.com/support and provide us with your complete system summary:

    • Press the Windows logo key + R.
    • Type msinfo32 in the dialog box that opens and hit Enter on your keyboard. 
    • In the window that opens, make sure you have System Summary highlighted on the left.
    • Click File > Export.
    • Type the name of the file (you can choose any you like), save it somewhere where you can easily find it and attach this text file to your support request.

    After hours it is still impossible to open Luminar4. Firstly I have done an upgrade. That didn`t work. Than I bought a new version. The download also didn`t work . I am fed up with this and need urgently support. ASAP.

    Until the trial to do an upgrade everything works well.
