    Hello Leo.

We need to be able to reproduce the issue on our end in order to understand at which point it occurs and troubleshoot it. Please send us a screen recording of the issue.
You can use Monosnap to record your screen: https://monosnap.com/welcome

Here's how you can send us the file with the recording:

    1. Visit https://wetransfer.com/
    2. If it's your first time visiting this website, it might ask you to purchase a subscription. Simply select to proceed with the free version.
    3. Click Add your files.
    4. Select the file(s) on your computer.
    5. After you see all the files you need to send appear in the list, click the icon to the left of the Transfer button (the icon looks like a circle with three dots in it).
    6. In Send As select Link.
    7. Click Transfer.
    8. After the files have finished uploading, click Copy Link and paste it into your support request at https://skylum.com/support

Looking forward to hearing from you.

Having the same exact issue where the "Look" can be seen as a preview via mouseover in the panel but the edits themselves do not apply once the specific look is selected.

I've been seeing the same issue for months now. Sometimes a few workarounds work to solve it (closing luminar and reopening) but other times it just doesn't work (as described below)

    Here's a screen record.

    https://dubb.com/v/EWSwU9

I was narrating the problem but it didn't record my voice. Let me know if you'd like me to rerecord again with narration. I went for another re-record and suddenly the problem disappeared (which happens sometimes!) but the problem can be present for ages. Even opening and closing Luminar doesn't solve it sometimes. I've had it take 20 minutes of opening and closing the program for the issue to go away on occasions, which is obviously very irrating.

Basically, hovering over the look applies it as a preview. But, as soon as you click (or double click) the look to apply it, it jumps back to the original version of the image. It happens with both user-generated and Luminar looks.

Let me know if you need any more information! I'd really like to solve this.

    Hi Alex,

Could you please let me know, which graphics card do you have? Do you by any chance run on Intel Iris Xe Graphics?

    Hi Margaret,

I have dual graphics cards on my laptop… well, the integrated one and an dedicated one. I'm not sure which Luminar is using - there is a tiny bit of activity on both when I run it.

    They are:

    Intel(R) UHD Graphics 630

    NVIDIA Quadro T2000

    Hi Alex,

Let's try reinstalling Luminar. Please follow the steps below:

    Uninstall Luminar.

How to uninstall an app on Windows 10 (click this text to open link).

    Clear your registry:

    • Visit https://www.ccleaner.com/ccleaner/download?pc
    • Scroll down to the bottom of the table and click Download from CCleaner.com in the first column.
    • Once the download has finished, launch the file and install CCleaner on your computer.
    • Launch CCleaner.
    • Click Registry on the left.
    • Click Scan for Issues in the lower left. Wait for the scan to finish.
    • After the scan has finished, click Fix Selected Issues in the lower right.
    • Close CCleaner.

    Reboot your PC.

Download the latest version of Luminar from here: https://downloads.skylum.com/luminar4/installer/win/Luminar4Setup.exe

Once the installer has finished downloading, locate it in your Downloads folder (or wherever you chose to save it), right-click the file, and click Run As Administrator. A prompt might appear asking you whether you wish to confirm your action, click Yes and wait for the installer to load. Then, follow the instructions on the screen.
