    Dear Michalis,

    In this case, we will kindly ask you to follow the steps below:

    Please try to perform the following steps:

    1. Close LuminarAI
    2. Type %appdata% in Search (folder Roaming should open);
    3. Find the folder “LuminarAI ” and rename it (it remove your activation for LuminarAI too);
    4. Start LuminarAI and proceed with the activation again. 

    If it doesn’t help go to the Pictures folder > rename LuminarAI catalog on your different drive.

    Thank you Helga. It seems to have worked. My question now is what happens to my existing AI Catalogue. When i choose "change" and locate the existing one manually , i am asked whether i want to replace it with new. I go to file and try to select "Open Catalogue"  and after i do select the renamed catalogue i get same message (database initialization failed). Is there a way to import the old catalogue into the new activation or is it corrupted beyond repair? Thank you for your help.

    Could you please clarify the location of your old Catalog now?

    Software is on - C:\Program Files\Skylum\Luminar AI

    whereas old catalogue is in - E:\Luminar_catalogue\AiCatalogue

    Could you please try moving your Catalog back to Disc C and open it again from Luminar?
