I upgraded my Luminar 4 and Big Sur after reading the message from Luminar that the Big Sur bug had been fixed.
It’s not fixed.
My Luminar has been rendered completely useless, crashing each time I try to export a photo and sometimes with initial start of the program.
I used the contact form on the support page to report the problem and uploaded 2 of my many, many crash reports. I have received no acknowledgement or response of any kind.
I have pending work to complete. How do I get assistance?
