Purchased Luminar but not showing in my account
AnsweredHi, I have the same problem. Bought the software but I cannot find it in my account. I downloaded it thorough the link provided in the email, as well as the sky package, but I am running in 7 days trial. Can you fix this issue. Thank you.

We have fixed the issue so now you should be able to see LuminarAI in 'My Software' tab.

For your information I followed all instructions and I have send a request to the customer support with the proof of purchase (invoice). Not sure if it was necessary as it was directly purchased in your website (fastspring). I hope this gets solved soon. Any idea of how long does it take to customer support to make this things solved? Does it has to do with Big Sur OS? Thanks for your comments.
