    ciao Grazie della risposta, ma il problema non è stato risolto. nel mio account di skylum non appare nulla sulla "il mio software" lo sto usando in versione trial. ho mandato delle mail al supporto di skylum ma non ho ricevuto nessuna risposta.

    Praticamente la procedura di attivazione afferma che non trova nessuna connessione internet. Il che ovviamente non è vero. È mai possibile che non siate riusciti a rendere l'attivazione una cosa semplicissima come fanno tutti? Date la possibilità di inserire un codice e basta. Dopo che spendo soldi non ho certo voglia di smanettare con router o firewall. Sono un fotografo non un hacker

    Buongiorno, ho comprato un nuovo computer per foto editing, ho scaricato il software di Lumimar Ai ma non riesco ad attivare la mia seconda licenza. 

    Compare schermata per registrare ma non riesco ad inserire nulla, nè l'indirizzo, nè a farlo continuare con Google.

    Ho provato a disattivare antivirus e Defender, invano

    Chiedo come procedere.

    Do you, by any chance, use the Iris XE graphics card?

    If that's so, Intel has released a driver for the Iris XE graphics card integrated into your processor that should fix it. 

    Therefore, fully reinstalling drivers for the Intel GPU should help. 

    Make sure to fully uninstall your current graphics drivers before proceeding. How to uninstall drivers (click this text to open the link)
    In addition to uninstalling the device, make sure to select the Delete the driver software for this device option

     

    Download and install drivers from the manufacturer's website:

    If you are not sure whether you have this graphics card, please let us know your hardware configuration:

      • Press the Windows logo key + R.
      • Type msinfo32 in the dialog box that opens and hit Enter on your keyboard. 
      • In the window that opens, make sure you have System Summary highlighted on the left.
      • Click File > Export.
      • Type the file's name (you can choose any you like), save it somewhere where you can easily find it, and attach this text file to your reply to this email.

    Salve, per risolvere il problema basta andare nel seguente percorso C:\Windows\ System32\drivers\etc\ e sistemare il file Hosts. Per chi trova difficoltà a fare questa operazione basta spostare sul desktop il file Hosts avviare i programmi luminar e vedrete che funziona al termine rimettere il Hosts nella cartella.
