Purchase issue: cannot activate and not showing in my account.
AnsweredHello Customer Support, I Bought the software Luminar AI but I cannot find it in my account. I downloaded it through the link provided in the email, as well as the sky package, but I am running in 7 days trial. For your information I followed all instructions and I have send a request to the customer support with the proof of purchase (invoice). Not sure if it was necessary as it was directly purchased in your website (fastspring). I hope this gets solved soon. Any idea of how long does it take to customer support to make this things solved? Does it has to do with Big Sur OS? Thanks for your comments.
